You will
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Sales (CRM) solutions.
- Administers and ensures the CRM system is configured to meet business requirements and integrates with other enterprise systems.
- Designs and implements integration solutions to connect Microsoft Dynamics Sales with P21 ERP, Microsoft Business Central, Azure Purview, and other systems.
- Works with departmental stakeholders to gather requirements, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery.
- Implements security measures to protect CRM data and ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, industry standards, and data privacy regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience as a CRM Support Analyst or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, help desk software and support ticketing systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in user training and developing training materials.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
