Job Title : Marketing Communications Coordinator

Job Description :
Our client is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role will support the expansion of the marketing department by managing external communications, executing marketing campaigns, and overseeing donor relations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage donor communications, including reports and fundraising materials
- Plan and coordinate events in alignment with organizational goals
- Write content for digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters
- Create and design marketing materials such as brochures and graphics
- Track and analyze website and campaign performance to improve strategies
- Oversee and maintain digital platforms and ensure compliance with branding guidelines
- Manage donor records and acknowledgment processes
- Handle administrative and organizational tasks, including file management in SharePoint
- Coordinate with external vendors as necessary
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally within a non-profit organization
- Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications :
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

- 100% on-site role based in downtown Chicago
- Work schedule : 9am - 5pm with a 30-minute lunch break
