Key Responsibilities
Build strong partnerships with business unit leaders to understand their goals and challenges
Act as a strategic partner on people-related topics and enhance overall team performance
Support business goals by collaborating cross-functionally and providing guidance on HR policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of progressive HR experience supporting a high-volume business unit
Understanding of HR principles and best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
