Saint Mary's High School is looking for an Assistant Hockey Coach!
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the hockey team.
Conduct practices, drills, and team meetings, 3-5 days per week.
Prepare game strategies and conduct game-day coaching.
Travel with the team for out-of-state weekend games as required.
Foster a positive and competitive team environment.
Monitor and support the academic and personal growth of student-athletes.
Qualifications :
Experience playing or coaching junior, collegiate, or pro hockey.
Strong knowledge of hockey rules, techniques, and strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Commitment to the development and success of student-athletes both on and off the ice.
Compensation : Commensurate with experience
