You'll lead the release management for AT&T's Digital and omnichannel platform, managing critical products and Java / Node.js microservices deployed on Azure and on-premises, ensuring smooth, reliable releases.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Git workflows to automate build, test, and deployment.
• Coordinate and execute release activities, managing dependencies, risks, and schedules across teams.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes to ensure reliable releases.
• Communicate release plans, timelines, and requirements clearly with stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead release meetings, collaborate with development teams, and support on-call incident resolution.
• Maintain release documentation, processes, and continuously recommend improvements.

Salary and Location

Lead System Engineer earns between $143,800-$215,800 USD annually. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education / training.
