Staff Accountant Wanted!

Position Overview : As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the finance team, supporting various accounting functions and contributing to the financial health of the organization.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your accounting expertise in a collaborative and rewarding workplace.
Key Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant :
- Perform month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- The Staff Accountant can participate in audits and other ad hoc projects as needed.
Our Staff Accountant Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally as a Junior or Staff Accountant.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
