The primary purpose of this position is to obtain the required information and efficiently admit residents, following established policies and procedures, and as directed by the Administrator.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MARKETING / ADMISSIONS DIRECTOR
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Process and monitor referrals, maintaining relationships with referral sources.
- Develop and implement a marketing plan to attract new residents.
- Assist with resident admissions, including gathering necessary information and signatures.
- Coordinate orientation and admission procedures for new residents.
- Manage resident records and ensure compliance with admission and discharge policies.
- Communicate with residents and guardians about rates, billing, and procedures.
- Keep unoccupied beds ready for new admissions.
- Stay updated on Medicare / Medicaid regulations.
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time opportunity M-F, with flexibility as needed.

Previous or current Skilled Nursing Facility, Hospice, Home Health, or Hospital Case Management experience is required . Internal and external healthcare marketing experience is preferred.
Current relationships with Minocqua Hospital case management personnel, preferred!
