RESPONSIBILITIES :
- CNC Programming : Proficient in CNC programming and operation, with a deep understanding of 4 and 5 axis machines.
- Leadership : Lead and motivate a team of 9 CNC Operators to achieve production goals and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Production Management : Manage the daily production schedule, ensuring on-time delivery of products while maintaining optimal levels of inventory.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Quality Assurance : Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process, implementing measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
- Safety and Compliance : Ensure a safe working environment for all employees, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting : Prepare regular reports on production metrics, including productivity, downtime, and quality performance, and present findings to senior management.
KEY REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proficiency in CNC programming and operation, specifically with 4 and 5 axis machines.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen) is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
