Investment Associate
Responsibilities
This role will focus on performing fundamental investment research and analysis and assisting with the overall management of the firm’s gaming, leisure, lodging and restaurants ( GLLR ) vertical.
Working at times independently as well as with other members of the investment team, the individual in this role will be expected to conduct company-specific due diligence, analyze industry research, prepare and present investment recommendations to the Chief Investment Officer, monitor existing positions and provide timely updates to changes in investment theses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a finance, economics or mathematics discipline;
- 3-5 years of work experience in complex finance roles (such as investment banking or equity research);
- Strong quantitative and modeling skills honed in previous professional roles;
- Acute attention to detail;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and
Ability to communicate concisely and effectively.
Compensation Range
$150,000-$185,000 annual base salary plus eligibility for discretionary bonus
