Roles & Responsibilities :

• Sensor and antenna set up and teardown
• Pre-flight and post flight operations
• Sensor operation
• Troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance activities
• Operational Safety

Required Skills (Technical Competency) :

• Technical Background
• 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in drone and lidar operations
• 1-3 years' experience working with lasers
• Troubleshooting and repair knowledge
• Exhibits successful ability with indirect leadership of diverse teams deploying complex processes
• Displays strong analytical skills including data query writing and development
• Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

Desired Skills :

• Previous experience as a sensor operator
• Previous experience with electrical products preferred
• Previous experience with maintenance, upkeep and reporting
• Demonstrated capacity to meet aggressive deadlines while achieving excellent business results
• Shows very strong written and oral communication skills to all stakeholders
• Established ability to manage multiple complex projects at once

Physical Requirements & Work Environment :

• Ability to work in challenging outdoor environments with more than half the day spent standing / walking. Occasional office involvement
• Very Heavy Travel (>

50%)

• Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
• Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
• Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9 AM to 4 PM
• Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
• Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
