As a national leader in providing essential marketing tools for real estate, vacation rental, and other markets, TruPlace, Inc.

is increasing our Client Success team to continue to set ourselves apart with stellar service. These team members will learn all aspects of the business and participate in multiple facets.

We offer full-time positions with competitive wage and benefits packages. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8 : 30 a.

m. to 5 : 30 p.m. in our casual BRAND-NEW office in Germantown, MD.

We are looking for individuals with the following experience :

  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Proficient in a Windows and Microsoft Office environment
  • Excellent email and phone communication
  • Project management
  • Scheduling, a plus
  • Real estate, property management, or the like, a plus
