Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Analyst / Tester will be responsible for supporting the Ordnance Information System - Marine Corps system, solving technical issues that arise on a day-to-day basis will form an important part of the responsibilities.
As a Quality Assurance Analyst / Tester on this project, you will be part of a team supporting an enterprise application.
The ability to identify, communicate, and resolve technical issues is important in all aspects of this role.

Responsibilities
- Provide quality assurance and quality control on in-house applications.
- Perform User Testing of Application
- Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas.
- Identify and resolve system software issues.
- Perform Testing Status updates, reviews, and analysis to track status of fixes to application.
- Perform testing that encompasses measuring functionality, performance reliability, stability, and compatibility of the web application.
- Work with developers in designing better software processes.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a QA / Tester role (or equivalent IT experience).
- Experience testing mission-critical relational database applications, mobile and web-based enterprise systems.
- Detail oriented including thoroughness, and rigor in adhering to and implementing processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability.
- Willingness to work on both new projects and maintenance projects.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Clearly communicate with managers and co-workers to ensure the understanding of the proper use of technology and any troubleshooting that may be needed.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to acquire a SECRET security clearance.
