As a T&C DSP , you play a vital role in helping children aged 10 to 18 build stable lives, learn essential life skills, form friendships, and develop effective communication skills.

Job Type : Full-Time - All open shift hours are set and vary depending on the needs of the individual. 30 Hours and above are considered full time.

Some set part time shifts may be available.

Pay : $19 per hour

We are also offering a $1,000 sign on bonus that is paid out in increments at set milestones of your employment!

Job Specific Requirements :

  • Must be at least 18 years of age (Diploma / GED not required).
  • Be able to regularly lift a minimum of 25 lbs. (some shifts require more).
  • Be able to be certified and maintain an acceptable level of certification in Oregon Intervention System (OIS).
  • Be able to be certified and maintain certification in CPR / First aid.
  • Pass a state / federal Criminal history and protective service investigation check, this may include being fingerprinted.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen for the use of illegal substances in Oregon.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
  • Basic computer skills - computer assessment will be administered before hiring.

Training Requirements and Expectations :

  • Attend a required Meet and Greet in Grants Pass, OR. This is the scheduled first day of work.
  • Shadow shifts between Meet and Greet and Orientation Training.
  • Attend a two week in-person paid orientation training in Grants Pass, OR.
  • Complete all classes and submit all documentation required during orientation. :
