We are searching for :
- Individuals who are dedicated and enthusiastic about providing high-quality pediatric therapy for our diverse patient population
- Current and effective PT knowledge and therapy skills with varied disabilities
- Individuals who enjoy working collaboratively with other professionals, with capable interpersonal and communication skills to do so effectively
- Individuals who enjoy working with families and caregivers, with capable interpersonal and communication skills to do so effectively
- Self-motivated, organized, self-starters, with exceptional time management skills
- Physical Therapists with a DPT or Master's degree and Georgia license, or Georgia license-eligible
On a daily / weekly basis, our therapists :
- Conduct evaluations utilizing formal assessment, observation, and caregiver / family interview. Report these findings promptly using our stream-lined web-based EMR, outlining therapy need and defining treatment to be rendered, and measurements which will be utilized
- Provide ongoing education and home-programming for optimal home and family carry-over
- Maintain concise point of service documentation, including daily treatment notes, plans of care, evaluations and re-evaluations
Job Types : Contract, Per diem
Pay : $52.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours : 4 40 per week
