• Proficient in Enterprise Architecture conceptsand industry standard frameworks such as TOGAF Zachman BIZBOK LeanSix Sigma Agile (SAFe) etc.
• Experienced in defining and implementing EA standards(principles templates) and processes (governance contentmanagement)
• Define EA operating model scopeand implementation plan.
• Define and implementArchitecture Governance and Metrics management.
• Define and implement EA Content Managementprocesses.
• Preferred previous consultingexperience in a large digital transformation for the refiningindustry.
• Experience in ETRM is aplus.
• Demonstrated architecture leadership inthe commercial and marketing domain.
