Estimator / Project Manager Requirements :
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in estimating and managing asphalt and concrete DOT, municipal, and commercial projects, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proficiency in INDOT specifications, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project, as well as digitizing takeoff software; familiarity with KYTC Specifications is a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
