About the role :
Our HR Coordinators are the engine room of what we do to support the business. HR Coordinators are involved in everything from recruitment support to employment agreement administration and onboarding through to remuneration.
Health & Safety and Learning & Development also feature in their daily 'To Do' list. If you're passionate about HR and eager to grow in the field, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.
Based in our Support Office in Morningside, you will join the team supporting Briscoes, Rebel Sport, our Distribution Centre, and our Support Office functions.
Key responsibilities will include :
- Managing employment agreement administration, contract creation, and facilitating smooth contract variations.
- Supporting the recruitment process, onboarding and inductions of new team members.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement in HR administration.
- Providing the HR team with administrative support, contributing to projects, documentation and other regular ad hoc activities.
- Proactively assisting with HR system maintenance.
- Providing monthly HR related reporting to management.
What you'll bring to the role :
- While a tertiary qualification in Human Resources would be a bonus, we are interested in your passion and desire to grow within the HR profession.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- First rate Microsoft Office ability (particularly in Excel and Word).
- A high level of proactivity, initiative and attention to detail.
- An enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards problem-solving and challenges.
- Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively.
- An appreciation for the importance of Health and Safety in the workplace
