We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Technology & Video Producer to join our dynamic team at Hampden. As a high-end clothing retailer, we pride ourselves on our luxurious brand image and exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital production and videography, with a keen eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and visual communication within the fashion industry.

This role will focus on creating engaging and high-quality video content that aligns with our brand's vision and resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities :

A Digitech's responsibilities include :

Managing workflow : Overseeing the digital workflow for the shoot

Handling images : Transferring files, processing them, and creating backups

Organizing images : Sorting and organizing images for the client and photographer

Editing : Making minor adjustments to images in real time

Liaison : Acting as a liaison between those working remotely and in person

Display : Creating a display of the images for viewing during or after the shoot

Saving assets : Ensuring that all assets are saved and copied to the client's and photographer's hard drives

Video Producer expectations :

• Skills : Proficiency in video editing software, knowledge of camera operation and lighting techniques. Familiarity with animation and motion graphics software.
• Creative Abilities : Strong storytelling skills and creative vision, Ability to develop concepts and scripts for various video formats.
• Project Management : Manage video projects from concept to completion, ability to work under tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Digitechs should be adaptable, knowledgeable about their gear, and have a solid system in place. They should also be able to think critically and be organized.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in video production, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous video projects, with an emphasis on storytelling and visual aesthetics.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Familiarity with photography and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of current trends in the high-end retail sector.
