We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Team Leader to head our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and drive sales growth.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Training : Train new team members on sales processes, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
- Performance Monitoring : Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and support to ensure targets are met.
- Customer Engagement : Ensure high standards of customer service and assist in resolving complex customer inquiries or issues.
- Reporting : Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
