Home Care Recruiter
Full-time position. Salary plus Recruitment bonus plan. In office.
Responsibilities :
- Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs
- Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews
- Schedule interviews for all hiring managers
- Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly
- Full-cycle recruiting including onboarding
Requirements :
- Minimum one year of home care recruiting
- Caregiver recruiting required. RNs and MUST include : CNAs, HHAs
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Social Media Recruitment experience
- Experience attending events
- Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
