Our growing company is looking for the right candidate to be the main point of contact for customers, field units, and management.
Strong interpersonal skills are a must in this dynamic role. You are familiar with dispatch systems, data entry, and creating work schedules.

$17 - $24 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Set up the field technician's schedule to dispatch for profits (Right tech to the right call)
- Debrief technicians after their service calls
- Update our call takers on appointment needs
Qualifications :
- Candidates with 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher are preferred
- Candidate must have great customer service communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Candidate should be comfortable working with people in dynamic and stressful conditions
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
- Service Titan experience is a plus!
