Expected Starting Salary Range : 50.80 - 64.91

Qualifications
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Required : Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy OR PharmD DegreePharmacist License in the state of Ohio
If you do not hold a State of Ohio Pharmacist license, you will be required to provide proof of a valid Ohio license within three (3) months after your date of hire, and maintain your licensure as a condition of employment.
