What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Develop and implement quantitative models and software applications for real-time financial market data analysis
- Maintain and optimize existing software applications
- Write technical specifications, project plans, and documentation
- Communicate with senior managers and technical colleagues

What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial markets
- Quantitative STEM background
- Strong programming skills in Java and / or C++
- Knowledge of statistical concepts and modeling techniques
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Master's or PhD in a STEM field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
