Job Description
The primary function of the Property Compliance Coordinator is to aid in the management of the day-to-day HOA compliance.
- HOA compliance, including city code, federal compliance, etc.
- Relationship building with external HOA management and City Code Inspectors
- Accounts payable, including HOA assessments, HOA fines, etc.
- Work order management, including follow-up and closeout and vendor payments
- Accounts receivable, including resident charge backs and collections follow-up
- Liaison between field employees and external HOA management
- Process HOA violations using Tripod and Yardi
Qualifications :
- Understanding of the HOA process
- Some understanding of Federal Housing Rules and Regulations
- Organized with excellent follow-through
- Ability to handle conflict with discretion and seek positive outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Professional demeanor
Minimum Requirements :
- High School diploma
- Strong computer skills
- Yardi experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and be flexible in an ever-changing environment

Salary Range
Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience, and skills : $44,340.00 - $66,520.00.
