Responsibilities of the Repair Coordinator include, but are not limited to :
- Communication with customers and sales team regarding repair opportunities
- Verify availability of stock and ship dates
- Preparing price quotes for repairs
- Coordinate sub-contracted work with outside vendors.
- Enter and follow service jobs through completion.
- Ensures that service jobs are progressing according to schedule.

Qualifications of the Repair Coordinator include, but are not limited to :
- Experience in pump service and fabrication
- Employee management experience
- Ability to motivate team and accomplish goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Additional Information :
Physical Demand : Able to lift 20lbs., ability to sit using a computer for extended periods of time
Working Conditions : 90% Office environment 10% machine / fabrication shop
Training / Certifications : N / A
Shift Time / Overtime : Day shift 8am-5pm; overtime (with approval)
Travel : N / A
Education : High School Diploma or GED
