Penmac Staffing is seeking a 2nd shift Robot Welder for a local manufacturer in Springfield, MO. This is a temp to hire opportunity. Responsibilities :
- Fixture parts and operate robots according to work instructions.
- Complete welding tasks to blueprint specifications and work instructions.
- Adhere to American Welding Society (AWS) symbols and requirements.
- Conduct first part and in-process inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
Requirements :
- High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience or background in production welding.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull weights up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Successful completion of company-specific welder certification test.
