A company is looking for an Executive Assistant and Event Planner.Key Responsibilities : Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and manage schedules, meetings, and correspondencePlan and execute internal company events, from conception to completion, within budget constraintsCommunicate event details effectively to all stakeholders and identify areas for process improvementQualifications : 5+ years of experience in executive assistance and event planningProficiency in all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, logistics coordination, and post-event evaluationStrong organizational skills and proficiency in office softwareKnowledge of budgeting principles and ability to manage budgets effectivelyStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
