Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 PM; occasional Saturday or after-hours work may be required as needed
POSITION SUMMARY
The Systems Application will develop and maintain system applications. This includes preparing and working upgrades, patches and installation of new applications as needed.
Provide support and guidance for bank employees for various applications by trouble shooting system problems and answering employee questions.
Programs include but not limited to Silverlake, Streamline, E-Sign, Synergy and Synapsys. Attendance at or leading various meetings is essential.
Leading a team in completing projects by set deadlines will occur. Communicating with staff and vendors about programs on an as needed basis.
Make decisions and monitor systems and project progress as needed. Duties also include but not limited to reviewing various reports, performing account maintenance as needed and resetting passwords.
Other duties may be assigned on an as needed basis. Employee will be the backup for department head, Tammy Nix.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Trouble shoot employee program problems
- Reset program passwords as needed.
- Perform account maintenance as needed
- Attend and lead meetings
- Lead / work on projects as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Working knowledge of Excel is preferred
- Confidentiality is essential
- Must be able to multi-task and work independently
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Problem solving skills
- Time management skills
