Responsibilities :
- Respondpromptly and effectively to customer queries and concerns providingexceptional support and assistance.
- Monitor theusage of our automatic dialer to prevent any illegal orunauthorized activities bycustomers.
- Collaborate with our API team andcustomers to ensure seamless integration and adherence to ourlicensing terms and conditions.
- Perform duediligence on every customer verifying their legitimacy andeligibility for our services.
- Prepare andsubmit daily reports on sales activities progress and challenges tothe sales management team.
- Stay uptodate withproduct knowledge features and updates to effectively communicatethe value proposition to potentialcustomers.
DesiredSkills andQualifications :
- Previousexperience in sales or customer service roles is preferred but wewelcome fresh graduates with a passion for sales andtechnology.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to build strong relationships withcustomers.
- Familiarity with SaaS and APIbasedplatforms will be advantageous but not mandatory as we providecomprehensive training.
