We are a leading SaaSbased firm operatingmultiple platforms integrated with Twilios cuttingedge technologyand we are currently seeking talented Sales Representatives to joinour growing team.

As a Sales Representative you will play a crucialrole in maintaining customer satisfaction ensuring compliance anddriving salesgrowth.

Responsibilities :

  • Respondpromptly and effectively to customer queries and concerns providingexceptional support and assistance.
  • Monitor theusage of our automatic dialer to prevent any illegal orunauthorized activities bycustomers.
  • Collaborate with our API team andcustomers to ensure seamless integration and adherence to ourlicensing terms and conditions.
  • Perform duediligence on every customer verifying their legitimacy andeligibility for our services.
  • Prepare andsubmit daily reports on sales activities progress and challenges tothe sales management team.
  • Stay uptodate withproduct knowledge features and updates to effectively communicatethe value proposition to potentialcustomers.

DesiredSkills andQualifications :

  • Previousexperience in sales or customer service roles is preferred but wewelcome fresh graduates with a passion for sales andtechnology.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to build strong relationships withcustomers.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and APIbasedplatforms will be advantageous but not mandatory as we providecomprehensive training.
  • Ability to workindependently manage time efficiently and meet or exceed salestargets.
  • Strong attention to detail andcomplianceminded attitude to safeguard our platformsintegrity.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools andother salesrelatedsoftware.
