Key Responsibilities :
- Property Operations : Manage daily operations, ensuring properties are well-maintained and meet company standards.
- Tenant Relations : Serve as the primary contact for tenants, addressing complaints, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
- Leasing and Marketing : Coordinate marketing efforts to attract prospective tenants, conduct property showings, and manage lease agreements.
- Financial Management : Oversee property budgets, track expenses, and ensure timely collection of rent payments.
- Maintenance Oversight : Schedule regular property inspections, coordinate repairs, and ensure all maintenance issues are promptly resolved.
- Vendor Management : Liaise with vendors and contractors, negotiate service agreements, and monitor contract compliance.
- Compliance : Ensure all properties adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Transaction Coordination : Manage real estate transaction process from contract to closing, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant documentation, communication, and coordination among clients, agents, lenders, and escrow officers.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of property management experience in residential, single-family properties
- Strong knowledge of property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Familiarity with local regulations and property laws in Georgia
