What you will be doing :
- BILL QUICKLY : Guarantee all invoices are generated and distributed within 24 hours of service.
- BILL ACCURATELY : Maintain precise data entry.
- BILL EFFECTIVELY : Prioritize tasks for optimal cash flow.
What We Need :
- A proactive multitasker who can prioritize tasks to ensure invoices are processed quickly and efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and thorough when it comes to data entry-accuracy is your middle name.
- Comfortable collaborating with operations, sales, and supply departments to gather the necessary information for accurate invoicing.
- Problem solver who can tackle discrepancies and escalate issues when needed to keep things running smoothly.
- Focused and organized , able to work efficiently without distractions, ensuring invoices are generated within tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel skills are a plus!).
- Prior billing experience is preferred but not required, we're happy to train the right person!
- High school diploma or equivalent.
