A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

As a Customer Service Rep - Administrative Assistant, you are the voice of our company! You provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly.

Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions by phone, email, or text and is one of the reasons that our clients enjoy doing business with us.

Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule appointments, and resolve issues for customers. You are never bored, as there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with.

With pride, you keep the office clean and organized. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy!

CSR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Able to multi-task
  • Computer literate
  • Good customer service skills
  • Bilingual

Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Can you solve issues for all kinds of clients with professionalism and patience?

Do you enjoy interacting with people on the phone and understand good phone etiquette? Are you organized and detail-oriented?

CSR WORK SCHEDULE

Our Dispatcher / CSR position works a schedule of Monday-Friday 7 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm and Saturday 7 : 30 am - 3 : 00 pm .
