Store Management is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all of our guests. Our Store Management members have excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Our Assistant Store Managers work alongside the Store Manager to provide a memorable in-store shopping experience. You will support and manage store operations, lead teams, and drive our financial success.
You are responsible for driving sales, developing innovative solutions to support sales growth, mentoring and developing associates as well as members of management, and promoting excellence in customer service.
You will be responsible for leading the store in all aspects of the store operations, taking responsibility for the training and professional development of team members, and ensuring team members consistently provide excellent service at all times;
assisting and supporting the management team in all aspects of store operations, merchandising, and service. Human resource initiatives including but not limited to staffing, hiring, and scheduling.

Salary : From $65,000.00 per year
Benefits :Experience : 2 years
Work Location : In person, Orem, Utah (Relocate before starting work required)
Expected hours : 45 per week

Minimum Requirements :
- Prior retail management experience
- Ability to work retail hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
