Arizona Centers for Digestive Health, a Covenant Physician Partner, is hiring a full-time Front Office Receptionist to join our dedicated team in Gilbert, Arizona.
About the Opportunity
Working hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. We are closed weekends and major holidays.
The front office receptionist will be responsible for providing a positive, welcoming experience to our patients and their families! The individual hired into this role will route all incoming calls and greets patients and patient families, complete insurance verification as needed, cash collections and the correct handling of patient charts.
About the Candidate
- High school education or equivalent.
- Must be competent in the use of basic office equipment including computer, printer, telephone and fax.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and remain poised and professional when interacting with potentially hostile patients and family members.
- Must possess excellent clerical and organizational skills.
