We are looking for a detail-oriented Advertising Assistant to join our Los Angeles team. This role will involve supporting the development and execution of advertising campaigns, coordinating project elements, and assisting in client communications.

- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing advertising campaigns.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitive landscape to support campaign strategies.
- Prepare presentation materials, reports, and proposals for client meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Manage project schedules and track deliverables.
- Maintain and update social media content to align with campaign goals.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping.
Qualifications
Skills Required :
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of advertising principles and eagerness to learn.
