PRM Consulting Group is thrilled to announce our engagement with the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) to lead a retained search for their next Director, Finance and Administration.
ARC is an economic development partnership entity of the federal government and 13 state governments focusing on 423 counties across the Appalachian region.
ARC's mission is to innovate, partner, and invest to build community capacity and strengthen economic growth in Appalachia to help the Region achieve socioeconomic parity with the nation.
This pivotal role, reporting directly to the Executive Director, involves managing a team of seven professionals, and ensuring sound stewardship and accountability for appropriated funds.
The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Grants Management or related field with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience including familiarity with OMB processes related to grant distribution, budget management and federal grants disbursement guidelines.
A CPA and / or Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) certification desired. Seize this opportunity to make a significant impact!
