Position : Sterile Instrument Team Lead
Department : Central Sterile Processing
Shift : Full-Time / 80 HRS PER Pay Period / 2PM-10 : 30PM / Weekends & Holidays

Education
Minimum Level of Education Required : High School completion / GED
Licensure / Certification / Registration
Actively maintain certification through IASCHAMM or CBSPD is required / Or willing to sign an MOU to receive certification within 1 year of hire.
Experience
Minimum Level of Experience Required : No prior job-related work experience
Preferred experience : Two-year Sterile Processing experience preferred
Knowledge / Skills
Knowledge of the hospital setting, infection control and medical terminology is highly desired.
Computer skills, with SPM bar scanning and previous instrument tracking experience are preferred.
