I am in need of a Superintendent with the ability to do a school renovation project in Port Saint Lucie, FL for a well-known GC.

Job Description :
- Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, and other construction management personnel to determine budgets and timelines.
- Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.
- Provide on-site direction during construction preparation.
- Hire and assign work to subcontractors.
- Maintain a daily log of job site operations, reporting to management as necessary.
- Implement cost-effective and efficient management techniques.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards (OSHA 10 and 30 certifications required).
- Perform quality control and safety checks.
- Make necessary operational changes to meet construction deadlines.
