Job Description :

As an Entry Level Sales Development Representative (SDR) at The Mortgage Office, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is eager to launch their career in software sales and gain valuable experience in the fintech industry and excited to grow their career.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
  • Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in The Mortgage Office's solutions.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

Qualifications :

  • Eager and confident in making a high volume outbound cold calls.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Comfortable with using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Basic understanding of the private lending industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
