Job Summary : This is a skilled position performing preventative and general maintenance duties at assigned buildings, including equipment repair and maintenance.
Responsibilities also include assisting other maintenance workers and support services staff, as necessary and assigned.
This individual must be able to work independently or cooperatively in a work crew.
Salary : Salary is based upon the current Maintenance Collective Bargaining Agreement (); placement on the salary schedule will be determined by Human Resources DOE. FLSA Non-Exempt.
Work Year : 260 days per year, hours per day.

Eligibility for health insurance is based on an anticipated 630 work hours during the school year.
