I am looking for a Blue Yonder Architect with experience in the OMS / inventory application.

Must be Order Management / inventory (no WMS or TMS, )

• Hazelcast application which sits on Cassandra, Hazelcast in-memory
• If Hazelcast is out of whack, nothing works this is the heartbeat of the application

Overview of team :

The team support the 3rd party vendor application Blue Yonder OMS-Inventory. This app provides store / item inventory on-hand to client'

s URL website and OMS system, for customers adding items to cart. It also selects location(s) from which customer SHIP and SAMEDAY DELIVERY orders will be fulfilled.

• Team manages blue yonder OMS (order management system) inventory app
• If customers want to place order for pickup deliver or ship to you on the client's app, and you add item to cart, the item availability at store you are looking at is taken from this app
• The client has 8000+ stores nationwide and all items within the stores are within this app
• This application supports functionality it will look at all stores in relation to the customer's zip code and then outwards to decide which is the best store to fulfill order and ship out to customer
• Solution Architect will partner with Product managers to review requests for new functionality, determine if they can be met with the current Blue Yonder OMS-Inventory application (version 2024.

1.1). Design, document, and review all configurations, data loads, data updates, appropriate API's, and all requirements for enabling BY to perform the requested calculations.

• Blue Yonder experience, especially Hands-on in BY OMS / Inventory BY Nodepools (kafkanp, general, cpcommonnp, consumernp, avlbltynp, avlbltyhz)
• Looking for an Architect / Developer with hands on experience in OMS inventory application
• Lots of features and functions in this app some features the client has enabled, and other features have not yet been enabled the client would like the person in this role to understand OMS'

s features and how each would impact the client's business

• Blue Yonder OMS is currently installed on the client's MS azure Kubernetes system the client has their own AKS
• Sits on Cassandra database
• BY services and management of services, pods
• Hazelcast Cassandra Db Confluent Kafka - Messaging systems Grafana dashboards for monitoring BY Version upgrades (configuring, deploying, testing, Perf testing) BY configurations of BY OMS / Inventory features BY Performance testing
