Position Highlights :
- Be part of decisions regarding our brand-new women and children's hospital.
- Ability to teach / work with Pediatric residents, if interested, but not required.
- EMR - EPIC.
- Flexible schedule options - Including 3 weeks on 1 week off and full-time pay, 7 on 7 off, or part-time - also open to other options that offer an ideal work / life balance.
- Dedicated NP support.
- No ECMO or Oncology.
- Year 1 compensation of over $900,000 for full-time employment.
- Annual retention bonus yearly of $15,000.
- Support of 20 other Pediatric Specialists on staff.
