We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist for our client a wellestablished mortgage lender. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors you will help create a welcoming environment while supporting the daytoday operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Greet clients and visitors ensuring a positive experience and connecting them with the right personnel.
- Distribute incoming mail and handle deliveries including Amazon packages.
- Assist other departments with mailings including labeling and stamping envelopes.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Qualifications :
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Previous experience as a receptionist is required.
