CycleBar Indoor Cycling Instructor

Are you passionate about fitness, music, and connecting with people? Look no further than CycleBar, the world's first and only Premium Indoor Cycling™ franchise! We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Indoor Cycling Instructors.

As an instructor, you will play a vital role in our community, inspiring riders of all ages and body types to achieve their fitness goals and enhance their overall well-being.

We are looking for instructors who embody the qualities of an educator, DJ, drill sergeant, motivator, and friend. Your energy, training, enthusiasm, and charisma will create an electrifying, concert-like atmosphere that is guaranteed to Rock Your Ride.

Responsibilities : Lead a minimum of 3 cycling classes per week, adhering to our twelve-song sequence. Curate unique and engaging playlists that enhance the cycling experience.

Promote your classes through social media platforms and within the local community. Arrive 30 minutes before each class to engage with riders, assist new riders with bike setup, and foster a welcoming environment.

Stay until all riders have left the studio, ensuring a positive conclusion to each session. Qualifications : A genuine passion for health, wellness, and fitness.

Friendly, outgoing, and personable with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in Indoor Cycling or group fitness instruction is preferred.

Successful completion of our audition and CycleBar instructor bootcamp. Strong personality and energy with a love for music.

Ability to work well within a team. Additional Expectations : Proficient in Instagram and Facebook, utilizing these platforms to build relationships within the community and promote your classes.

Competent in delivering rhythm-based indoor cycling classes, crafting unique playlists, and creating an energetic class experience.

Commitment to taking at least two classes per month with other CycleBar instructors and staying updated on new CycleBar instructive content.

In addition to the exciting role and fulfilling experience, we offer competitive compensation for our Indoor Cycling Instructors.

As an instructor at CycleBar, you will receive payment per class taught, with the opportunity for additional bonuses based on performance and class attendance.
