Responsibilities :
- Manage and support the development to execution of the Leadership Summit event
- RPFs management in partnership with procurement
o Food and Beverage
o Design and set up
o Entertainment
o Digital mapping production
o External speaker
- Oversee the development, timeline and delivery of event with internal and external stakeholders including content management.
- Handle day-to-day administration :
o Establish support team
o Responsible for weekly leadership updates
o Review and confirm event orders for event
o Track budget
o Monitor vendor engagement, deliverables
o Manage the selection of external speaker
o Manage and track attendee participation, registration counts, RSVP
o Program management with AV company
o Responsible for development of Run of show, talking points and master presentation
Experience :
- 7+ years related experience
