Reporting to the manager of Delivery & Operational Intel within Platform Software Engineering, the Lead Delivery & Operational Intelligence Analyst will drive initiatives that support the strategic growth and improve the efficiency and effectiveness for DE&E Technology globally.
To be successful in this role this person should have advanced analytical, communication, and project management skills.
They also must be resourceful, have a strong customer-service orientation, prioritize effectively in demanding environments, initiate solutions, and have advanced interpersonal skills.
Additionally, this person will partner with key engineering, program, product, and financial leaders within our segment to enable seamless deployment of projects and execution of strategies.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of + years of related experience
- Thorough understanding and experience with Portfolio Management and Project Accounting concepts and practices.
- Superb organization, detail-orientation, and project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and balance short and long-term work streams
- Highly effective oral and written communication skills, ability to develop beneficial relationships and networks in order to achieve results
- Strong presentation and design skills; experience with Keynote, PowerPoint and internal collaboration sites ( Confluence, Wordpress, Box, Office, etc)
- Ability to flex and pivot quickly based on priority shifts and / or changes in workstreams
- Proven experience in influencing business and technology leadership to drive positive lasting outcomes
- Solid understanding of program and project management principles
- Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities
- Ability to think creatively and to drive innovation
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with corporate accounting software such as SAP, and presentation software such as Keynote is a plus.
- F&A experience for capital planning and project planning
- Experience with Airtable
