Job Title : BUSINESS PROGRAM MANAGER
Location : Atlanta, GA, Richmond or Norfolk, VA (Hybrid)
Must have work experience with healthcare insurance domain
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of business programs.
- Align program goals with business objectives, ensuring milestones are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
- Monitor and report on program progress, performance, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Continuously evaluate program outcomes and implement improvements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (12+ years) in program management or business operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
