CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE JOB AVAILABLE IN ALBUQUERQUE, NM

Volt is immediately hiring for Customer Service Representative in Albuquerque, NM

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be :

• Responsible for assisting customers via phone and email and striving to increase knowledge of entire product offering.
• Responsible for working together with Sales consultants by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customers’ needs are being met.
• Responsible for updating customer contracts, coordinating deliveries with the warehouse, invoicing, logistics and answering sales calls for general information.

This is a Full-time Contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have :

Customer service experience.

Pay Rate : $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
