The compensation and benefits package is robust combining a base salary, monthly commission and bonus opportunities to far exceed average income.

Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls from clients related to their insurance policies and / or quote requests.
- Assisting customers with their inquiries about policy details, claims, premiums, and more
- Processing policy changes, updates, and cancellations as per the clients request
- Explaining the different types of insurance policies and coverage to customers
- Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution
- Maintaining records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Hit new business goals by being effective quoting and presenting policies and options to prospects.
Requirements
- Strong background in insurance customer service and sales techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Ability to work in a fast paced sales environment
- Experience in sales administration and analysis
- Customer service skills and understanding of insurance regulations
- A strong desire to deliver excellence
