We are looking for an experienced, skilled and dedicated professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of commercial / residential roofing experience, strong attention to detail, motivation and a desire to move up the ladder!
The Commercial Roofing Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of commercial roofing systems under the direction of a Lead Technician or Foreman. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities include :
- Assist in the installation, repair, and replacement of commercial roofing systems, including but not limited to TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofs
- Safely operate hand tools, roofing equipment, and machinery; f ollow all safety guidelines, including fall protection and PPE use
- Load and unload materials and tools; stage materials on roofs
- Remove old roofing systems and clean work areas, m aintain jobsite cleanliness and organization
